Fernando was born on July 12, 1983, in Tampico, Tamaulipas. He made his directorial debut with “Atrocious” (2011), a film shot in Spain that was an Official Selection of the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival. At the same festival, his short film “Kiss of Vengeance” (2013), starring Rafael Amaya and Angélica Celaya, an action and martial arts short film shot in Los Angeles, was also selected.

Xavier Velasco.
